SHIPPING 

After you buy an item from The Rêver Co, we are keen for you to receive and enjoy your items as soon as possible. We aim to get your items processed and dispatched with 24 to 48 hours. All items are sent via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and should reach you within two days of posting. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluded bank holidays. If Royal Mail attempted to deliver a parcel and you are not at home, postal staff will leave a red card notifying that your parcel will waiting for collection at your local post office. If the parcel is not collected in time, Royal Mail will return it to us in 1/2 weeks.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the highly unlikely events that you have receive a The Rêver Co item that arrived damaged, please email us at thereverco@hotmail.com with your name, order number, description and photograph of the fault. We will then resolve any issues with the faulty items as soon as possible. If any items are faulty due to customer negligence, such as pulls from wear and not following the care instructions, we unfortunately will not be held responsible.

RETURNS 

We really hope you love our clothing as much as we loved

designing and creating them. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchased item we can offer you a refund on items returned within 14 days of receipt of your item. Items will need to be in the original condition with tags intact. Once we receive your items, we will process your return and you will be entitled to a full refund. If items are received after this time, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. We will be unable to refund items that have had their tags removed or appear to have been worn or washed and are not in their original condition.

HOW TO RETURN 

For us to process your return, please email us as thereverco@hotmail.com so that we can send you the return address and return details.

All postage costs of the return must be covered by the sender.

Please return the item using a recorded delivery service for you own insurance. Please also retain the proof of purchase. We maintain the right to refuse a refund due to the following reasons:

 

1 - If the item is received after the 14 day limit

2 – If the items appear to be worn

3 – If the items are damaged or marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions or body odour.
